UK shipping policy

We deliver to the United Kingdom.

Free delivery

Tracked delivery is free on all orders, including individual dash cams and Duo Packs. No minimum order value applies.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days. Products are dispatched from our logistics partners' warehouses. Your delivery estimate is provided when you place your order.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the stated timescale, contact rynecomltd@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you.

Incorrect address

Check your full delivery address, including house number and postcode, before placing your order. A parcel returned due to an incorrect address may incur redelivery charges.
