Returns and refunds policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right to cancel, without giving a reason.

How to return an item
1. Email rynecomltd@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
2. We will provide the return address.
3. Send the product back no later than 14 days after telling us of your decision.

Conditions
- The product must be complete (cameras, cables, mount and accessories) and in its original packaging.
- Customers pay return postage when exercising their right to cancel. We recommend a tracked service.
- A deduction may be made from the refund for a damaged product or use beyond what is necessary to try it.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of your request, to the payment method used for your order. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product. Initial standard delivery charges are refunded.

Defective products or incorrect orders
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or an item different from your order, contact us with a photo or video. We will pay return postage and arrange a replacement or refund. Statutory guarantees apply (see our Terms and Conditions of Sale).
