Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Seller
These terms apply to sales made on dashcamvisionroute.fr by RYN ECOM LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 16411312, with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. Contact: rynecomltd@gmail.com.

Article 2 – Scope
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. They apply to consumers: individuals acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.

Article 3 – Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are illustrative; minor differences may occur.

Article 4 – Prices
Prices for the United Kingdom are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes are shown before payment. Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is free. The price charged is the price displayed when the order is placed.

Article 5 – Orders
An order is accepted after payment is confirmed. An email confirming the order details is sent to the customer.

Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online by card or using other payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by secure providers; the seller never has access to bank details.

Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery terms and timescales are detailed in the Shipping Policy. If delivery does not take place within the stated period, the customer may terminate the contract after formally asking the seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period (Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code).

Article 8 – Right to cancel
The customer has 14 days from receiving the product to cancel without giving a reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Return procedures and costs are detailed in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

Article 9 – Statutory guarantees
The customer benefits from the statutory guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). For a defective or non-conforming product, contact rynecomltd@gmail.com; the seller pays return postage.

Article 10 – Product use
Dash cams must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions and applicable regulations, without obstructing the driver's view. Customers remain responsible for using recordings in a way that respects other people's privacy.

Article 11 – Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 – Complaints
In the event of a dispute, contact customer service at rynecomltd@gmail.com. We undertake to seek an amicable resolution.

Article 13 – Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumer customers retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence in all circumstances.
